The Level Up conference hosted by Quility and Symmetry Financial Group provided two days of education, networking opportunities, and innovation for Quility’s nationwide network of agents.

The virtual conference was held on March 24 and 25, 2021 on a platform that provided attendees the opportunity to meet with insurance carriers, network with some of the most profitable agents in the industry, attend product-specific breakout sessions, as well as attend a Founders Panel by Quility founders Brandon Ellison, Casey Watkins and Brian Pope.

On day one of the event, Quility founders Brandon Ellison and Casey Watkins met with #1 New York Times Best Selling Author and Academy Award-winning actor Matthew McConaughey to discuss key points from McConaughey’s book “Greenlights.”

Attendees also joined breakout sessions focused on the Connect women’s platform, which is a platform created at Quility for women to uplift each other through community and connection.

Agents were also introduced to the Quility Tech platform, which provides innovative, best-in-class technology and tools to help agents run their business most efficiently. The conference concluded with an awards ceremony that celebrated agents who are growing their businesses and exemplifying the company’s core values.
