We’re kicking off 2025 by celebrating 15 years of business and almost one million families protected. We began selling life insurance policies in 2009 through our subsidiary, Symmetry Financial Group (SFG). We’ve grown, but our purpose remains the same: to help every client elevate their life, protect their loved ones and leave an enduring legacy.

Quility’s robust clientele can be attributed to its people-first innovations, proprietary insurance products, long-standing partnerships with 80+ carriers and nationwide network of over 6,000 licensed agents. By investing in technology (and the data to support it), our agents have access to the tools needed to deliver best-fit policies and the highest level of customer care.
In November, Quility’s commitment to innovation was recognized on a large scale when it took home “InsurTech of the Year” via the 2024 US Fintech Awards ceremony held in New York City. The response from Quility President, Steve Fletcher, says it best: “This recognition inspires us to continue pushing boundaries and delivering the exceptional solutions our agents and clients deserve. Quility’s insurance sales have always been led by agents and supported by technology. We are honored to be celebrated for that approach.”
Quility agents take pride in the nobility of their profession and recognize the significance of every policy placed. They recognize what they have to offer is more than a product; that the client-agent relationship is the bedrock of every transaction and is crucial to finding best-fit solutions.
Sometimes it’s the more challenging cases that make the biggest impact – a scenario familiar to Quility B2B’s Senior Director of Sales, Cary Ruplinger. Recently, Ruplinger was able to secure coverage for a client who had been denied by six different carriers.
For over one and a half years, he stayed on the case – advocating for his client, thinking outside the box and effectively presenting information that resulted in underwriting by carrier John Hancock. Through care, skill and commitment to this case, Ruplinger was able to put a $5 million policy into the hands of his client – securing her future, her home and her peace of mind.
Since day one, Quility has maintained a strong commitment to philanthropy and community outreach. Believing good growth comes from healthy roots, Quility chooses to contribute nearly eight figures annually to local and regional vendors, charities and non-profits. In 2024, corporate staff members completed over 1,800 volunteer hours and 14 organizations were the recipient of Quility’s financial and in-kind support.
Quility also strives to incorporate a charitable giving rider into the development of its proprietary life insurance products – putting the client in the philanthropic seat at no additional charge to them.
