On April 24, 2026, Quility staff took part in the company’s annual Impact Day initiative. This volunteer event is designed to accommodate a majority-remote workforce and to support everyone’s ability to give back to the communities and organizations that mean the most to them. The annual volunteer day is hosted to support staff in living out Quility’s purpose statement: “Creating an ecosystem for people to protect what matters most and live a life of significance.” Quility and its staff pride themselves on how they help  protect American families with life insurance while ensuring they create ripples of impact in their  communities and people’s everyday lives.

Volunteers contributed a total of nearly 1,600 hours.

This year, Quility staff participated across more than 22 states and 40 cities, contributing nearly 1,600 hours of volunteer work. Staff efforts spanned seven core service areas, including:

  • Environmental stewardship
  • Food access and hunger relief
  • Youth and education support
  • Housing and basic needs
  • Health and community care
  • Animal welfare
  • Community engagement and events
Volunteers served in 22 states and 40 cities.

At Quility headquarters in Western North Carolina, local staff had the privilege of spending the day at Dr. John Wilson Community Garden in Black Mountain, NC. Staff members cleaned up and prepared the garden for spring harvesting so the organization can continue to bring free and nutritious food to the local community.

Giving back has always been a core value for Quility’s founders, and events like Impact Day provide an avenue for corporate staff to live up to that value – enriching lives and impacting communities through relationship, service and support.
