Quility Raises $217k for Make-A-Wish Foundation During Virtual Auction

Quility Raises $217k for Make-A-Wish Central and Western North Carolina During Virtual Auction

We are excited to announce that our nationwide network of agents and team members raised $217,000 for the Central and Western North Carolina chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation during a virtual fundraising event on December 8, 2021. Proceeds from the live auction and raffle, alongside donations, raised funds to grant 36 wishes for Make-A-Wish Central and Western North Carolina.

Highlighting our commitment, our sister company Symmetry Financial Group received the 2020 Dale Jr. Indomitable Spirit Award, which recognizes a corporation or individual that has made a significant impact on the work of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

“Making an impact with the Quility family never gets old. Year after year, I am blown away with how everyone comes together and shows up for the organizations we support,” said Whitney Zeh, Senior Director of Corporate Well-Being and Community Outreach for Quility. “Our incredibly generous agents and staff rallied to raise $217,000 for Make-A-Wish. I am so grateful for the Quility family and the incredible impact we continue to make in our communities.”

Quility’s network of life insurance agents engage in various fundraisers and service projects every year to help our communities, as we understand the importance of support and protection during life’s unexpected moments.

During this year’s agency-hosted Altitude Conferences, our agents raised impressive amounts for foundations they’re passionate about:

  • The Pritchett agency raised $52,000 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital
  • The Wayland agency raised S50,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation
  • The Pappas and Wiegel agencies raised $25,000 for Project 150, which provides services, clothing and school supplies to disadvantaged high school students in Las Vegas

Through our virtual fundraiser and the generosity of our agents nationwide, we were able to raise a total of $561,000 in 2021.
