On May 5, 2022, Quility partnered with Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity, volunteering alongside their staff for a Women Build event in the New Heights neighborhood of West Asheville.

32 female-identifying Quility staff members, and one extraordinary Frank the Dog, traveled from across six different states to take part in the event.

Additionally, Quility donated $10K to the local Habitat for Humanity chapter, which will support the construction of Buncombe County’s 18th Women Build home.

“Quility is honored to support Habitat for Humanity,” states Quility Co-Founder, Meredith Ellison. “It was a very special day in our company’s history, having so many women come together to make an impact. Due to COVID, it has been more than 2.5 years since we were able to share space and give back in this way. Building connections within our teams and within our communities speaks directly to our core values and this event brought us so much joy.”

Quility takes great pride in both its Impact and Connect initiatives. While Quility Impact aims to support and enrich our communities through sustainable engagement, Connect focuses on amplifying the voices of women, celebrating their leadership and talents.

“By participating in this Women Build event,” says Whit Zeh, Senior Director of Corporate Well Being & Community Outreach, “we were able to beautifully blend both platforms.”
